"Hanalei Moon" is one of my favorite music for Hula.
「ハナレイムーン」は，私の好きなフラミュージックの１つです。
For me, this song was my 4th hula practice song to learn. We performed with this song at the first Hoike when I belonged to a Hula group.
20代の頃，カウアイ島に行ったことはありますが，「ハナレイ湾」には行ったことはございません。しかし，音楽の歌詞やメロディーから感じとれます。歌は，美しく，リラックスできる，ピースフルな感じです。
キーワードは，月明かり，天国，風，そしてアロハ。
いつか・・・行きたいな。 Actually, I've been to "Hanalei Bay" inspite of visitting Kauai Islad.

Kauai has been an island of Polynesians who had sailed the Pacific Ocean to the year 400 BC was first settled.
カウアイ島は西暦400年頃に太平洋を航海していたポリネシア人が最初に住み着いた島とされています。
The name of "Kauai" seems to have meanings, such as "rich season" and "a lot of time."
カウアイという名前は「豊かな季節」や「多くの時間」という意味があるらしいです。
The town of Hanalei is at the midpoint of the bay.
ハナレイ湾は，ハワイカウアイ島の北側で一番大きい湾です。
Hanalei Bay is the largest bay on the north shore of Kauaʻi island in Hawaii.
ハナレイの町は，ハナレイ湾の中央付近にあります。
Hanalei Bay consists of nearly two miles of beach, surrounded by mountains.
ハナレイ湾は約２マイル（3.2km）のビーチで，山に囲まれている。
In the summer, the bay offers excellent mooring for sailboats, stand up paddle boarding and swimming.
